Lead Compliance Analyst

This role provides business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations, strengthening responsible execution, improving decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth within a Technical Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Oversee the third-party audit execution lifecycle
• Lead compliance onboarding for new products and major engineering changes
• Review control design and operational readiness before launch
• Provide actionable guidance to teams on control expectations
• Work with engineering and finance to support control gap remediation
• Validate corrective actions and track recurring issues
• Identify opportunities for automation and standardization of processes

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in IT Compliance or Security GRC, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
• Hands-on experience with SOC 1 / SOC 2 or ISO 27001
• Expertise in control automation or GRC engineering
• Proficient in control design and readiness assessments
• Ability to partner with engineering and product teams on compliance issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay

$112,700 – $180,300 annually
