Lead CNC Machinist – Manufacturing

Role: CNC Machinist Team Lead Responsibilities Lead a team of machinists in producing precision orthopedic, medical device, and aerospace components.Set up and operate CNC equipment, interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications.Ensure parts meet tight tolerances within a regulated environment.Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and mentor team members on best practices, 5S, and safety protocols.Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvements.Support on-time delivery of critical customer programs. Qualifications And Skills Experience in CNC machining, preferably in medical, aerospace, or similar industries.Strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and precision measurement.Leadership skills to guide and mentor a team effectively.Knowledge of safety standards, 5S methodology, and continuous improvement practices.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally.
