Lead Cloud Security Compliance Engineer
What's the Job?
Design, implement, and improve enterprise cybersecurity programs across cloud and hybrid environments.
Develop and maintain security architectures for cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices organization-wide.
Partner with engineering, legal, audit, and business teams to promote security-by-design principles.
Lead compliance assessments, audits, and control reviews to ensure regulatory adherence.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), or security engineering.
- Deep expertise in cloud security architecture, security automation, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience with cloud-native security solutions and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
