Lead Clinical RN
Position Purpose
A Registered Nurse Clinical Lead will supervise all clinical staff and assist physicians with daily procedures and clinical tasks as needed, providing care that respects each person's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

What You Assist With
- Supervise clinical staff and assist physicians with daily procedures and clinical tasks
- Onboarding of Medical Assistant and LPN
- Coordinate schedules
- Clinical ordering and inventory management
- Fill in for clinical staff as needed
- Complete chart audits and OSHA compliance
- Report directly to Office Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensure / Certification: In good standing with a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
- Experience: One year experience in a medical office preferred
