Lead Client Services Project Manager, CX

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive timely project execution and closure, focusing on revenue recognition
• Ensure projects meet client requirements through effective Steering Meetings
• Manage all aspects of project scope to maintain customer satisfaction
• Oversee complete Project/Program management including definition, estimation, and planning
• Foster teamwork and motivate diverse teams to achieve project goals
• Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients, enhancing relationships
• Identify business growth opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements

• Strong client service knowledge, preferably in IT Professional Services
• Familiarity with PMI Standards; PMP certification is a plus
• Experience in Call Center Operations and related software preferred
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Deep understanding of Project Management practices
• Proactive in identifying risks and developing solutions

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
