What You’ll Do
- Lead enterprise cross-sell efforts for tvScientific by Pinterest in partnership with Pinterest’s NAMER Enterprise sales team, focusing on growing off-platform revenue through CTV, video, and programmatic opportunities.
- Build and execute joint account plans with Enterprise Client Partners, MDs, and sales leadership to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and advance strategic initiatives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior client and agency stakeholders across video, programmatic, and performance teams, expanding access to decision-makers and creating new revenue streams.
- Define roles, communication norms, and engagement models that enable effective collaboration between Pinterest’s 1P sales team and tvScientific by Pinterest.
- Partner closely with programmatic, measurement, product marketing, and sales teams to enhance enterprise education, improve account readiness, and deliver a more integrated customer experience.
- Utilize AI to accelerate account research, opportunity planning, meeting preparation, and follow-up documentation, ensuring quality, accuracy, and strong customer outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital media sales, programmatic sales, CTV, video advertising, or enterprise advertising partnerships.
- Experience in building and growing senior relationships across advertisers, agencies, and internal sales organizations, especially within complex enterprise account structures.
- Experience in programmatic media, CTV, video, and off-platform advertising solutions, including how these channels connect to broader advertiser goals and measurement strategies.
- Experience in developing account plans, sourcing new business opportunities, and driving strategic sales motions in collaboration with cross-functional and matrixed teams.
- Experience in working through ambiguity and establishing new processes, team norms, and operating models in a newly formed or evolving organization.
- Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate customer analysis, account planning, and sales execution, with a clear approach to validating accuracy and quality.
- Strong track record of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work through source-checking, stakeholder review, and disciplined sales judgment.
- High integrity and ownership in handling sensitive customer and business information, using AI thoughtfully and remaining accountable for final decisions and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as digital media or SaaS sales, or equivalent professional experience.
Pay
$119,489—$209,106 USD
Schedule
In-office requirement: 1-2 times per week, requires commutable distance from the New York office.
