About the role
Directs and coordinates the activities of clerical personnel on the shift. Provides data entry and clerical support to professional, technical, and ancillary staff. Facilitates effective communication to all levels of staff and families.

- Full-time, Day Shift
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Shift length: 8 hours
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with Medical Information Systems terminology
Work environment
The Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit consists of 44 beds and serves children ages 4 to 18. The unit provides a therapeutic, engaging environment focused on teaching emotional and behavioral skills through interactive methods. Staff work alongside psychiatrists, therapists, and nurse practitioners to support children and families dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, suicide risk, self-control, and trauma.
