Job Duties
- Lead and support employees during assigned shift
- Coordinate daily cleaning operational tasks
- Communicate client requests, concerns, and operational updates to management
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Auxiliary in training and cross-training employees as needed
- Support operation needs as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to work with other crew members
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
