Lead Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor
• Aid with the training of cleaning team
• Cook up work assignments
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
• Report work orders for maintenance
• Makes sure premises are secured at all times
• Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work.
• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager
• Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Complete order forms completely and accurately
• Cook up equipment usage and inventories

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required
• Preferred: 1 year of similar work experience
• 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
• Valid Driver’s license

About the Role

This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. Shifts are as follows: 6am-2:30pm cleaner M-F 3pm-11:30pm cleaner Tues-Sat 3pm-11:30pm cleaner Sun-Thurs

Qualifications

• Required: Must be 18 years of age or older

• 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
• Valid Driver’s license
