Lead Cleaner
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to team members
- Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management
- Report performance issues to the Supervisor
- Aid in the training of cleaning team
- Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
- Absorb and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
- Assist the Cleaning team with snow removal and salt spread
- Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
- Report work orders for maintenance
- Maintain security of the premises at all times
- Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
- Oversee and confirm the quality of jobs with Manager
- Train all new hires assigned to the building
- Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
- Complete order forms completely and accurately
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Driver's License and a clear record
- Floor Tech and Lead Cleaner experience is required
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Pay
Pay Rate: $20.00+/hr depending on experience plus a Bonus: $1000! ($500 bonus after 60 days and $500 after 90 days)
Schedule
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm or Tuesday-Saturday 10pm-6:30am
