Lead Civil Engineer

About the role

This role will lead a small but growing infrastructure development team; current trajectory has our local office doubling our team size.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team in the development of projects related to infrastructure, water systems, utilities, roadway design, and pump stations
• Lead project management and qa/qc functions for projects
• Develop client relationships and business development strategies honed on successful project delivery
• Create statement of qualifications, proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and represent the company at networking events and tradeshows
• Lead, coordinate, and build project teams

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and 10+ years of experience managing civil projects and client relationships.

PE License in South Dakota or ability to apply for reciprocity

10+ years developing, planning, and delivering on infrastructure and utility projects
