Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $97,000–$110,000 annually
- Metric performance & production bonus: Up to $60,000 annually, based on achievement of performance metrics: Tier 1: Up to $20,000 Tier 2: Up to $40,000 Tier 3: Up to $60,000
- CE allowance: $1,500/year + 3 paid CE days
- Paid time off: 10 days/year + 6 holidays
- Health stipend: $500/month
