About the role
Perform maintenance and service for industrial HVAC/mechanical site-based customers. Utilize technology, technical capability, and customer service to provide a great experience by installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment including:
- Refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Electric motors and heating units
- Heat pumps and hermetic compressors
- Light commercial furnaces and boilers
- Burners, intake and exhaust fans, and economizers
- Humidifiers and capacity controls
- Semi-hermetic compressors and split systems
- Flame safeguard controls
- Air compressors and air driers
- Chillers and packaged units
Requirements
- Universal EPA Certification
- Minimum of 8+ years of Industrial HVAC Service or Industrial Maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate (preferred)
Skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Able to work well with other technicians and tradesmen
