Lead Chiller Technician

About the role

Perform maintenance and service for industrial HVAC/mechanical site-based customers. Utilize technology, technical capability, and customer service to provide a great experience by installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment including:

• Refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Electric motors and heating units
• Heat pumps and hermetic compressors
• Light commercial furnaces and boilers
• Burners, intake and exhaust fans, and economizers
• Humidifiers and capacity controls
• Semi-hermetic compressors and split systems
• Flame safeguard controls
• Air compressors and air driers
• Chillers and packaged units

Requirements

• Universal EPA Certification
• Minimum of 8+ years of Industrial HVAC Service or Industrial Maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate (preferred)

Skills

• Excellent written communication skills
• Able to work well with other technicians and tradesmen
