The Opportunity

Up to $50k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our Anesthesia team.
Current PA state license a plus.
ACLS required.
Providers may support affiliated surgery centers.

About the Role

The position involves leading anesthesia services at Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, supporting 3 operating rooms and an endo lab. Cases range from low acuity to complex surgeries, with approximately 4,000 surgery cases annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead anesthesia services, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement anesthesia protocols.
• Manage anesthesia equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to CRNAs and other anesthesia providers.
• Participate in case discussions and rounds to optimize patient care.
• Support the hospital's initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care.

Requirements

• Current PA state license.
• ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CRNA.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with anesthesia equipment and techniques.
