Lead Cashier, Melt Ice Cream & Retail Shop

Your Journey

Aid in leading the team, training new associates, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Prepare all food & beverage orders to the specified standards; offering guests professional, friendly, and timely service.

Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment, counter, prep, and participate in ongoing service training of standards.

Provide a daily/weekly inventory of ice cream, toppings, beverages, retail and supplies.

Cleanse and meticulously maintain all areas of the outlet to ensure Montage standards and expectations.

Deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments.

Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties, based on business needs, stocking and menu knowledge.

Must Haves

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Previous food handling experience, preferably in a Bistro, Café or Ice Cream Shop setting.
• Basic computer, cash handling and POS skills.
• Knowledge of Micros is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over
• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis
