Lead Cashier Full Time Evening - Tampa

About the role

Review and audit daily cashier checkouts and provide recurring training as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit supervisor banks to ensure proper cash levels are on hand and balance.
• Ensure that all cashiers have the needed tools to perform their duties.
• Work closely with all shift supervisors and management to ensure staffing levels are adequate for the flow of traffic.
• Report and discuss daily activity and incidents with the relief assistant supervisor to ensure all relevant events are covered at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Conduct themselves in a professional and accommodating manner, leading by example and ensuring the morale of employees is high.
• Ensure that customer service is at 100% by all employees in their shift.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by shift supervisors or management.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• One year's cashier experience required.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Flexible to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance.
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
