Lead, Cash Application

Responsibilities

• Process and post payments and denials to customer accounts, received electronically and through regular mail
• Balance cash batches
• Problem-solve to close assigned cash batches
• Call insurance companies to resolve batch issues
• Conduct internet research to locate Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and EFT/ERN information
• Research and distribute documents
• Answer phones and open/sort mail
• Improve work procedures and expedite workflow

Pay

$16.28 - $23.00 per hour
