We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes job summary and qualifications, responsibilities (what you will do), qualifications, benefits, maybe schedule/pay not present. Also includes facility description etc. Should we include "About the role" as heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes "Job Summary And Qualifications" which could be "About the role". Also "What you will do in this role:" is responsibilities. "What qualifications you will need:" is qualifications. Also "Benefits" section present. Also maybe "Skills" not explicit. Could include "Qualifications" and "Requirements" maybe same. We'll produce sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. Also maybe "Facility Overview" not required but could be part of About the role? Probably not needed as heading not in list. We'll keep to allowed headings. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, application instructions, etc. Also remove "Learn More About Employee Benefits" maybe part of benefits but it's okay. Remove "Note: Eligibility for benefits may vary by location." maybe keep? It's substantive? It's a note about eligibility; could be kept as part of benefits paragraph. But it's not boilerplate; it's info. Keep. We must preserve all substantive information. So include details about facility, HCA recognition etc. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section "About the facility". Not in allowed headings; maybe we can incorporate into About the role paragraph. We must not create Pay/Schedule sections because not present. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities are a list of bullet-like sentences but not explicitly bulleted. We could convert each sentence into
  • . Similarly qualifications list: "Current Tennessee RN licensure", "2 years of discharge planning experience", "Valued but not required educational/licensure, skills and experience: BSN Certified Case Manager Previous Supervisory skills". Could break into items. Benefits list: many items; we can make
    • . We must not invent or summarize away detail. Keep all details. Let's extract content. Job Summary And Qualifications paragraph: "The Case Management Lead position provides supervision and coordination of the Case Manager Program within the Case Management Department. The Lead is responsible to assist with hiring, completing performance evaluations and competency assessments of all Case Management staff per HCA policy and following the disciplinary process with the assistance of the Director. This position, along with staff designee, provides orientation to new employees. It is expected that this position collaborates within the Case Management Department, nurse managers, staff nurses, physicians, ancillary departments and community resources to ensure that a safe, acceptable discharge plan is in place for all patients seen per policy." Qualifications list: - Current Tennessee RN licensure - 2 years of discharge planning experience - Valued but not required educational/licensure, skills and experience: - BSN - Certified Case Manager - Previous Supervisory skills We could keep the "Valued but not required..." as a heading? But we can just list as items. Benefits list: From "Benefits TriStar Skyline Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues. The available plans and programs include:" Then list: - Comprehensive benefits for medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, behavioral health and telemedicine services - Wellbeing support, including free counseling and referral services - Time away from work programs for paid time off, paid family leave, long- and short-term disability coverage and leaves of absence - Savings and retirement resources, including a 401(k) Plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay (based on years of service), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, flexible spending accounts, preferred banking partnerships, retirement readiness tools, rollover support and financial wellbeing counseling - Education support through tuition assistance, student loan assistance, certification support, dependent scholarships and a partnership with Galen College of Nursing - Additional benefits for fertility and family building, adoption assistance, life insurance, supplemental health protection plans, auto and home insurance, legal counseling, identity theft protection and consumer discounts Then "Learn More About Employee Benefits" maybe a link; we can drop as it's instruction. Note: "Note: Eligibility for benefits may vary by location." keep as a sentence. Facility description: after benefits paragraph, there is description of TriStar Skyline Medical Center etc. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section "About the facility". Not in allowed headings; maybe we incorporate into About the role paragraph after responsibilities? But we already used About the role for job summary. Could add another paragraph after responsibilities about facility. That's okay. We must not repeat job title as heading. No markdown. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
