Lead Carpenter (WI)

About the role

We are looking for full-time skilled tradespeople with remodeling experience (drywallers, painters, tile, flooring, carpenters, mechanical). The more skills you have, the more we can offer you. Work ranges from small patch-and-paint jobs to complete home rebuilds. This is a permanent, year-round position with a consistent workload, great leaders, and a well-rounded team.

Pay range: $25–$32 per hour, depending on experience and trade knowledge. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours and double-time after 60 hours. A daily vehicle stipend is provided for travel expenses, six major holidays are paid, and you will accrue PTO as you work. Company growth offers advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling tasks including drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, and mechanical work
• Handle projects ranging from minor repairs to full home rebuilds

Requirements

• Remodeling experience
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to provide your own tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to move and/or lift 50+ lbs
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Previous restoration experience is a plus

Pay

$25–$32 per hour, with overtime at 1.5× after 40 hours and 2× after 60 hours.

Schedule

Full-time, year-round work with paid major holidays and PTO accrual.
