Lead Carpenter/Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Installing walls, floors, ceilings, foundations and roofs using various materials such as steel, wood and concrete.
• Shaping or cutting materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines or power tools.
• Removing damaged components and replacing them with accuracy using hand tools, machines or power tools.
• Follows established safety rules, enforces them within the team and leads clean up of all job sites.

Requirements

• Experienced in carpentry and project management.
• Able to manage and train a team with ability to delegate tasks.
• Comp and liability insurance and reliable transportation required.
• Own tools a bonus.

Pay

Pay range from $15-$35 an hour depending on skill set.

Schedule

Might include over time and weekends depending on the scope of work.
