What You’ll Do
- Lead and support install crews on kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
- Set daily priorities and maintain a productive, organized jobsite
- Perform skilled carpentry and installation work as needed
- Oversee cabinet installation, refacing, trim, and finish work
- Ensure projects stay on pace while maintaining high craftsmanship standards
- Identify and resolve field issues quickly to prevent delays
- Communicate progress and field updates with the Project Manager
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Serve as the on-site leader and example for quality and professionalism
Requirements
- 10+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience required
- Significant experience leading crews or managing installs in the field
- Strong background in cabinet installation and finish carpentry preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools and power equipment daily
- Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for project updates, photos, communication, and reviewing plans
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift and work on active job sites
