Lead Carpenter

Full-time, year-round position in Pemberton, BC. Monday–Friday schedule. Supportive team environment with fun team-building events.

Pay

$35–$45 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign specific tasks and ensure the team remains productive and on schedule.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the site crew and the Site Supervisor to ensure goals are aligned.
• Enforce strict safety protocols on-site, ensuring the crew operates tools and equipment correctly and maintains a clean workspace.
• Interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications, converting them into clear, actionable instructions for the team.
• Address and troubleshoot immediate site challenges or discrepancies in the field, escalating major issues to the Supervisor with proposed solutions.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience.
• Red Seal Certification in Carpentry.
• Situational leadership skills.
• Tactical problem-solving ability.
• Valid Canadian work permit.
