Lead Carpenter
Responsibilities
Aid in the construction and coordination of subcontractors for additions and new construction projects.
Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks.
Perform general labor duties on job sites.
Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Commit to on-time arrivals and a willingness to work and advance.
- Demolition
- Digging
- Raking
- Material handling
- Assisting sub contractors and excavators with simple to moderate tasks
Requirements
- Work includes bathroom remodels, additions and new construction, site work, excavation, & hardscapes
- Prior experience in construction or a related field
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
