Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure all work adheres to design specifications and safety standards
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with construction software tools
