Lead Caregiver / CNA / HHA - Full-Time
About the role
Full-time caregiving role with guaranteed 40 hours per week (up to 60 hours availability) in the Phoenix service area, serving client homes across Phoenix and surrounding Valley communities. Required availability: Thursday‑Monday, 7:00 am‑7:00 pm. Ideal for experienced, reliable caregivers who are confident supporting different clients, care needs, and home environments. Home Instead is hiring a Care Pro Lead to support older adults in their homes across the Phoenix area. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, professional care to older adults in their homes
- Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, companionship, meals
