Home Instead is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Lead Caregiver to train, mentor, and support our team of Care Professionals while ensuring exceptional care for the seniors we serve. Build relationships: Introduce caregivers to new clients and families to ensure a positive start. Support your team: Serve as a resource for caregivers, answering questions and helping them succeed. Provide exceptional care: Fill in for caregiver shifts when needed. Ensure quality: Conduct client quality assurance visits and follow up with caregivers and families. Maintain records: Update client assessments and caregiver skills in our care management software. What We're Looking For Experience providing professional, compassionate care to seniors. CNA preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, dependable, "can-do" attitude A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed Good organizational and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed Why Home Instead?
