Preferred Qualifications
- Prior direct care experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current CNA certification.
- Experience with physician orders, third-party communication, and company communication.
- Leadership and guidance over staff members.
- On-call availability.
- Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
