About the Role

The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Encourages resident independence, supports resident choice, and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior direct care experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CNA certification.
• Experience with physician orders, third-party communication, and company communication.
• Leadership and guidance over staff members.
• On-call availability.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
