Lead Caregiver

Responsibilities
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
- Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and recreational activities.
- Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.
- Assist with training new caregivers.
- Model professionalism and reliability.
- Step in for coverage as needed, including responding to urgent staffing needs, call-offs, or client concerns during assigned on-call weeks.
- Coordinate with families and staff.
- Maintain accurate notes and update office staff on any client changes.
- Travel around the North of Mississippi.
Qualifications
- Caring and compassionate—you enjoy helping others.
- Willingness to learn new skills to best assist clients.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance.
- Highly desired: Applicants with CNA, PCA, RN, LPN, LVN, or HHA certification.
