Lead Caregiver

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and conversation to aging clients in their homes.
• Aid with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
• Assist with Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.
• Mentor caregivers and introduce clients to potential caregivers.
• Foster the emotional and social needs of clients, creating a positive environment.
• Transport clients and run errands as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, Home Health Aide (HHA), CNA, PCA, or similar roles at Assisted Living facilities is preferred.
• One year of caregiving experience.
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to teach and motivate others.
• Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
