About the role
The Lead Care Manager 1 is responsible for overseeing patient care teams, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes, and providing clinical guidance.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a healthcare leadership role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
