Lead Cardiac and Vascular Catheterization Lab Technologist

Join as a Lead Cardiovascular Technologist, responsible for supervising and supporting a team in a hospital's cath lab. Responsibilities Include Performing clinical and technical tasks related to cardiovascular and interventional imaging, with at least 75% of work hours dedicated to hands-on procedures.Serving as a resource for staff, ensuring adherence to department standards, and providing age-appropriate patient care.Assuming limited supervisory duties under the direction of management. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiology Imaging Technologist program.California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification.National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.At least 2 years of hospital-based cardiovascular or interventional imaging experience, including cath lab work. Preferred Qualifications Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International.Previous supervisory experience. Key qualities: Technical and clinical competence, adherence to standards, strong communication skills, and ability to provide age-appropriate patient care.
