Lead Business Strategy Analyst - P&C Contact Center Workforce Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with stakeholders to inform and influence business strategy development
• Identify and refine business assumptions and explore critical questions
• Develop analytical frameworks to address business challenges in the portfolio or customer experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic insights into Profit & Loss performance across multiple domains
• Influence strategic agreements leveraging subject matter expertise and negotiation skills
• Guide and train team members while ensuring compliance with risk and control policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field; or 4 years of relevant education/experience
• 8 years of experience in data, analytics, or strategy consulting; or 6 years of relevant experience plus 2 years in functional roles
• Experience managing capacity and optimizing customer retention and growth
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for workforce planning and capacity initiatives
• Expertise in developing engaging presentations from complex data
• Strong collaboration and operational planning abilities, with the ability to translate insights into business outcomes
• Extensive experience with predictive modeling, statistical methods, business consulting, project management, and operational analysis
