This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business and technology, drive requirement discovery, and design scalable automation solutions that deliver measurable business value. Required Skills & Experience Core Experience 810+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Banking/Financial ServicesHands-on experience with LCNC workflow automation platforms (n8n preferred)Experience in enterprise automation or digital transformation programsStrong understanding of end-to-end business processes and system integrations Technical & Functional Skills Expertise in:Requirement elicitation techniquesProcess modeling (BPMN preferred)Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologiesExperience working with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA)Familiarity with:API-driven architecturesIntegration patternsExposure to AI-driven automation, intelligent workflows, or decision automation is highly desirable
