About the role

The Lead Budtender at Electric Lettuce Division is responsible for overseeing budtenders, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the cannabis retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budtenders to ensure they are providing excellent service and adhering to company policies.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering products, and maintaining stock rotation.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet business goals and objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cannabis laws and regulations.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
