Lead Budtender

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and support team members during high-volume shifts
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide cannabis product guidance
• Aid with daily dispensary operations, including cash handling and store flow
• Support inventory, restocking, and merchandising
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company procedures
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient retail dispensary environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail or hospitality)
• Previous budtender or cannabis dispensary experience preferred
• Experience with Dutchie POS and METRC is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
• Must be 21+ and able to meet all requirements set by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission

Pay

$19/hour + tips

Schedule

Full-time with open availability required (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
