About the role

The Speech Pathology Group and Rehab Services of CT (SPGCT) is expanding its ABA services at our Shelton & Southbury, Connecticut locations! We are a private practice seeking a part-time or full-time BCBA to join our ABA team. We provide clinic-based and in-home services throughout Connecticut.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Connecticut
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in supervision
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience with BACB supervision, hiring, and staff training
  • Must have 8-Hour Supervision training

Responsibilities

  • Training for newly hired BTs and RBTs, including completing all required RBT competencies
  • Maintain a smaller caseload, delivering 24 hours of billable direct therapy services per week
  • Travel between Shelton and Southbury clinics as needed to supervise staff and provide clinical services
  • Collaborate with BCBAs regarding technicians and their clients
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review ongoing performance, offering guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations for BTs and RBTs
  • Collaborate with the Head of ABA Clinic and ABA Department Manager on clinical needs, program updates, and staff development initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation
  • Performance reviews of BTs/RBTs yearly
  • 90-day check-in for all BTs/RBTs
  • Oversee all RBT competencies and supervision requirements

Pay

$90,000 - $95,000 with an $8,000 sign-on bonus
