About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead BCBA to lead our team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs in providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. As a Lead BCBA, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and mentoring a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs to ensure high-quality, effective therapy services
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs
- Conducting assessments, data analysis, and program development to ensure measurable outcomes and progress
- Communicating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Collaborating with our team to identify and implement best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a focus on autism diagnosis and treatment
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles, theories, and methods
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability
