Position Responsibilities
- Manage accounts in geographical area and provide assistance and training to such accounts.
- Maintain proper functioning of various beverage and chemical equipment.
- Install and test various equipment.
- Aid customers and sales people in determining best equipment or products for application.
- Provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
- Drive to customer sites to assist in correcting problems.
- Prepare schedules for service or installation.
- Order equipment.
- Train and develop other service technicians.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
- 1 - 3 Years of experience in equipment sales and/or maintenance.
- Valid Driver's License required.
