Lead Bartender - Electric Moon

Responsibilities

• Assist with coaching opportunities for bar team to ensure an elevated level of service is provided to guests
• Aid in maintaining a positive team environment and morale for the bar team
• Aid in batching to ensure quality and consistent products
• Aid in developing and maintaining the beverage program
• Aid in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the spirit room, beer cooler, walk up window, and main bar
• Aid in ordering liquor, wine, beers, and nonalcoholic beverages
• Aid in inventory and/or spot checks of inventory
• Aid in setting par levels for spirit
• Aid in training bartender and barbacks

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in similar scope – required
• BarSmarts certification
