Lead Bartender

The Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Bartender in a high-volume, high-end restaurant environment. The Lead Bartender is a hands-on service leader responsible for executing elevated cocktail service, supporting daily bar operations, and maintaining consistency in quality, presentation, and guest experience.

Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• 3+ years bartending experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Prowess in maintaining high service standards
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Core Responsibilities

• Execute cocktail preparation with precision, consistency, and speed
• Deliver exceptional guest service and bar engagement
• Assist with weekly inventory counts and stock organization
• Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and operational readiness
• Communicate supply needs and assist with bar standards orders
• Support training of new bartenders and uphold service standards
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
