Lead Barista AM Shift

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and skilled Opening Lead Barista to join our front-of-house team and help us deliver incredible guest experiences, one handcrafted drink and perfectly packed order at a time.

Responsibilities

• Open the restaurant and set the tone for the day
• Take guest orders with warmth and efficiency
• Manage and package takeout orders for pickup
• Oversee coffee and tea inventory, ensuring everything is stocked and fresh
• Craft sauces and syrups for our signature scratch-made drinks
• Put away incoming orders and stay on top of your side work
• Work side-by-side with a dedicated team to exceed guest expectations

Requirements

• A morning person with strong barista experience
• Obsessed with delivering top-notch hospitality
• A detail-oriented multitasker who thrives under pressure
• Comfortable opening shop and taking the lead on a busy shift
• Passionate about good food, great drinks, and being part of a team that supports the local community
• A people person who can brighten someone’s morning with a smile (and a killer oat milk latte)
