Responsibilities

• Trains, coaches, and supports other employees
• Performs and documents all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
• Operates ground support equipment as required
• Assists with mechanical / electrical removals and installations
• Assists with maintenance at off-site locations
• Aids in the creation of service orders with SAP or applicable operating systems
• Aids in complete engine and / or APU runs
• Returns aircraft to service after maintenance at off-site locations (if certified)
• Performs complex repairs on aircraft systems
• Assists in the creation of service orders with SAP or applicable operating systems
• Assists in complete engine and / or APU runs as required
• Provides time estimates

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years avionics work experience or substantiated equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of corporate / commercial jet experience
• Minimum 1 year of Bombardier aircraft model experience
• A Certification, P Certification, A & P Certificate, or Repairman Certificate
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Demonstrated planning / organization skills
• Familiarity with all systems installations of Bombardier aircraft model
• Ability to perform role of Temporary Crew Chief as needed - preferred
