Responsibilities
- Trains, coaches, and supports other employees
- Performs and documents all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
- Operates ground support equipment as required
- Assists with mechanical / electrical removals and installations
- Assists with maintenance at off-site locations
- Aids in the creation of service orders with SAP or applicable operating systems
- Aids in complete engine and / or APU runs
- Returns aircraft to service after maintenance at off-site locations (if certified)
- Performs complex repairs on aircraft systems
- Assists in the creation of service orders with SAP or applicable operating systems
- Assists in complete engine and / or APU runs as required
- Provides time estimates
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years avionics work experience or substantiated equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of corporate / commercial jet experience
- Minimum 1 year of Bombardier aircraft model experience
- A Certification, P Certification, A & P Certificate, or Repairman Certificate
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Demonstrated planning / organization skills
- Familiarity with all systems installations of Bombardier aircraft model
- Ability to perform role of Temporary Crew Chief as needed - preferred
