Lead Auto Technician at High Volume Auto Shop
About the role
We are looking for a lead technician at our high-volume shop in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This is a rare opportunity due to expansion and growth.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience as a flat-rate or dealership technician, holds ASE certifications, and can perform AC, electrical, diagnostics, steering and suspension, and brake work on nearly any vehicle. Candidates should average well above 50 flag hours per week at their current job, demonstrate the ability to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently, and set a strong example for younger technicians. Collaboration with leadership and other technicians to ensure quality workmanship is essential.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a flat-rate or dealership technician
- ASE certifications
- Proficiency in AC, electrical, diagnostics, steering and suspension, and brake work
- Averages 50+ flag hours per week
- Ability to mentor younger technicians and collaborate with leadership
