About the role

The Lead is responsible for assuring the assigned area is maintained and daily workload is completed by coordinating, assisting with, and monitoring the work of assigned staff, mentoring employees, and overseeing quality assurance activities. This person ensures work is completed in accordance with department and facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning (e.g., dusting, wiping, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping)
• Detail cleaning (e.g., corners and edges, door jambs and hard-to-reach surfaces)
• Positively interact with each employee in assigned area on a regular basis
• Encourage, redirect, correct, and document employee performance as appropriate
• Aid co-workers as appropriate to meet customer demands and timelines; coordinate cleaning of restricted access areas to perform necessary cleaning
• Train employees in specialized areas and periodic assignments and document training

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Must have reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED
• Some experience with performing administrative tasks is required

Pay

$16.00/hr

Schedule

• Full Time 2nd Shift
• Mon–Sun, 10 am–6 pm
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Night shift and weekend shift available
