Job Qualifications/Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of leadership experience in related field
• Familiarity and ability to perform duties within the assigned department
• Good comprehension abilities and strong math aptitude
• Supervisory skills are preferred
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Suite
• Thorough knowledge of tools necessary for department
• Knowing and understanding specifications of parts
• Strong facilitation skills with ability in employee training
• Able to read, speak, understand and follow instructions in English
• Must be a "US Person" (i.e. US Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Must be able to wear and properly use the required personal protective equipment
