Lead
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. No job title heading. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
Overview About Merchants Building Maintenance, LLC: description of company, mission, family atmosphere, woman-owned. This is about the company, not necessarily a section heading. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Overview About Merchants Building Maintenance, LLC" is about company. Could be placed under a section like "About the Company" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should map content accordingly.
Position Summary: Leads are responsible for day-to-day Janitorial operations... This is responsibilities.
Essential Functions list: many duties.
Additional Information / Benefits Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: list of knowledge, skills, abilities.
Qualifications: High School Education or equivalent, previous experience.
Other Demands: physical demands etc.
Also "This position reports to Rogie." etc.
Benefits: At top we saw "Additional Information / Benefits Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:" Actually that heading seems mis-placed: "Additional Information / Benefits Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:" then list of knowledge, skills, abilities. So benefits maybe not listed explicitly except maybe "Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Medical Insurance" appears later under "Physical Demands:"? Actually after "Other Demands:" we see "Physical requirements include ..." then later "Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Medical Insurance". That seems like benefits.
Also "The Following Screenings Are Required Criminal Background Check" and "The Following Shifts Are Available Day shift Night shift". So schedule info: Day shift, Night shift.
Pay: Not mentioned.
Thus we will have sections:
- About the role? Could use Position Summary as About the role. Or we could treat Overview as About the role? Probably better: About the role: Position Summary.
- Responsibilities: Essential Functions (list).
- Requirements: maybe combine Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required plus Qualifications? But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide.
We have "Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:" list. That could go under Skills (or Requirements). Qualifications: High School Education or equivalent, previous experience.
Other Demands: physical demands maybe under Requirements? But we could put under Requirements.
Benefits: Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Medical Insurance.
Schedule: Day shift, Night shift.
Pay: none -> omit.
We must not create empty sections.
Thus output:

or drop it." So we can fold minor metadata into a short
. Perhaps after the sections we can add a
containing that metadata. But we must not create extra headings. So we can add a
at end: "This position reports to Rogie. A criminal background check is required." That seems okay. We must ensure we preserve all substantive information. Did we miss anything? The "Overview About Merchants Building Maintenance, LLC" includes company description, mission, family atmosphere, woman-owned. That's substantive but not directly about the role. Should we include it? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to include that info somewhere. Where to put? Could be under About the role? But that is about the role, not company. However we could create a section "About the role" but include company overview? Might be misaligned but still permissible as it's substantive. However the instruction says "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not strict that those are the only allowed headings? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are the expected headings. It also says "Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we should only create those headings if we have content. The company overview is substantive; we could put it under About the role? Might be okay but it's not exactly about the role. However we could treat it as "About the role" includes company context. Might be acceptable.
Alternatively we could add a
before the headings with the company overview. Since we are allowed to have
for prose. The instruction: "Use
for prose." So we can put a
containing the company overview before any headings. That would preserve it without needing a heading. That seems best. Thus start with a
containing the overview: "Merchants Building Maintenance, LLC is a reliable, responsive commercial cleaning company. Merchants Building Maintenance is a full-service, family-owned and operated commercial cleaning company that has grown to become one of the largest providers in the Southwestern US. Our Mission To excel in all that we do for our customers, employees, suppliers, and the communities we serve by continuously improving the quality and value of our services. Family Atmosphere Every one of our 6,000+ team members is important to us. We’re proud to treat everyone on our staff like family Woman-Owned We are a certified woman-owned business by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and a certified Women’s Business Enterprise by the Supplier Clearinghouse." We need to ensure proper spacing and punctuation. Then the About the role section with position summary. Proceed. Check for any other substantive info: "MUST BE BILINGUAL" we included as requirement. "Additional Information / Benefits Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:" we split. "Other Demands: Please note this job description is not designed to cover all or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice and may include all or some of the physical demands listed." That's a disclaimer; we could fold into a
maybe under Requirements or as a note. It's substantive but maybe boilerplate? It's a typical disclaimer; could be considered boilerplate but it's about the job description. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This disclaimer might be considered boilerplate but it's about the job description; not sure. Safer to keep? It's not about EEO etc. It's a generic disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed. I'd keep it as a
under Requirements or as a separate note. But we already have many list items; we could add a
after Requirements list: "Please note this job description is not designed to cover all or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice and may include all or some of the physical demands listed." Also "Physical requirements include stooping, standing, climbing and frequent lift and/ or moving a minimum of 50 lbs. of office and facilities equipment and trash and the ability to safely use equipment provided. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral
