About the role

Blount Fine Foods is a family-owned and operated manufacturer, marketer, and developer of premium fresh prepared foods. We bring restaurant-quality products—including single-serve grab-n-go fresh soups, mac & cheese, and entrées—to grocery stores, hot bars, and restaurants nationwide. This position leads the Bulk/Retail Pack out department on the 3rd shift, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of Division 3 Bulk/Retail products.

Responsibilities

• Guide, train, and lead the team to ensure accurate and efficient packaging of Division 3 Bulk/Retail products.
• Maintain continuous and efficient operation of all departmental processing equipment.
• Verify adherence to HACCP and internal GMP guidelines, ensuring product integrity throughout the Pack out process.
• Direct staff to manage varying production flows of Bulk/Retail products within the department.
• Learn, modify, and make adjustments to departmental equipment as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment through leadership and teaching.

Requirements

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

$27.00/HR to $27.68/HR.
