Lead Associate - Full Time

Role Overview: This position involves providing exceptional customer service, performing cashiering, stocking, housekeeping, and assisting with store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Key Responsibilities Supervise sales associates and assign duties during shifts.Ensure store compliance with company policies and standards.Assist with daily paperwork, bank deposits, and inventory management.Greet and serve customers promptly and courteously.Handle cashier duties following cash policies and TAM procedures.Check in merchandise, stock, price, and maintain store cleanliness.Utilize software systems for reporting, ordering, and processing transactions.Perform periodic tasks like inventory checks and merchandise receiving.Assist with additional duties such as cleaning pumps, covering other locations, and miscellaneous housekeeping. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent, with completed Sales Associate Training.1-2 years experience in customer service, cash handling, and supervisory roles.Strong math skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver friendly service.Physical stamina for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and performing various manual tasks.Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, co-workers, and vendors. Work Environment & Equipment: Indoors and outdoors, operating cash registers, safes, gas pumps, and various food service equipment. Flexibility to work varied shifts and extended hours is required.
