Lead/Assistant Preschool Teacher

About the role

The Goddard School of Carmel (City Center) is seeking Full-Time Lead and Assistant Teachers in our Preschool classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the classroom environment is safe and clean.
• Comply with state, school, and class rules and regulations.
• Attend all training classes, parent conferences, and faculty meetings.

Requirements

• Experience and education in Early Childhood Education and/or Childcare is preferred, but life experience counts for a lot.
• This position requires a loving and nurturing spirit, superior communication skills, and excellent judgment.
• We also highly value a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
• A love for children and their families is an absolute must.
