Lead Proactive Safety Missions
Take command of the environment by identifying potential threats and executing immediate response plans to maintain a secure and healing atmosphere for all staff and visitors.
Master High-Stakes Incident Management
Drive organizational safety by investigating security hazards and documenting every detail to ensure accurate high-quality records for future risk mitigation.
Champion Emergency Readiness Plans
Act as a vital technical lead by mastering all alarm systems and emergency protocols to ensure the team is prepared for any disaster or security simulation.
Ensure Public Safety and Assistance
Protect the well-being of the community by providing clear guidance and a reassuring professional presence to help visitors navigate the facility safely during stressful times.
Minimum Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Drivers License credentialed from the Tennessee Bureau of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Security Guard credentialed from the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance preferred. - Education: High School diploma equivalency and 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree and 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
